Santa Maria Novella - Elisir di Edimburgo 

This is one of the oldest Officina di Santa Maria Novella liqueurs. The original recipe comes from a Dominican monk from a monastery in Edinburgh who visited Florence in the 17th century. It was then recorded in the Officina’s recipe manuscripts. It can be served straight or with ice, or diluted in tonic water.
